to create a respectful, enjoyable, and safe environment for everyone, we ask all attendees to follow these guidelines. by attending, you agree to uphold this shared standard. event organizers reserve the right to remove or restrict participation for anyone who does not adhere to these expectations.


  1. Be Respectful: Approach others with kindness and consideration. Everyone is here for a shared experience so treat people the way you’d want to be treated.

  2. Pay Attention to Boundaries: Everyone has different comfort levels. Be mindful of verbal and non-verbal cues, and don’t assume interest! Let it be mutual.

  6. Respect Privacy: What’s shared here stays here. Please don’t share personal details or conversations without someone’s permission.

  7. Be Present: We encourage you to be engaged and mindful during interactions. Limiting distractions (like excessive phone use) helps create a more genuine experience.

  8. Be Mindful with Alcohol: Enjoy yourself, but stay aware. If behavior becomes disruptive or unsafe, you may be asked to step away.

  9. Photos & Recording: Please obtain consent before taking photos or videos of other attendees. Official photography and video recording may take place during the event for social media and promotional purposes.

  10. Respect the Space: Be considerate of the venue, staff, and surroundings so everyone can enjoy the environment. If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out to event staff. We’re here to support a safe and positive experience.
